ProVQ is committed to ensuring that children, adult learners and vulnerable adults are safe and protected from all forms of abuse, neglect and radicalisation. Leaders and Governors ensure that systems are in place for children, adult learners and vulnerable adults to report abuse, feel confident to safely express their views and give feedback and that their concerns will be treated seriously.

Our policy applies to all persons employed or volunteering within our organisation and should be read in conjunction with Keeping Children Safe in Education statutory guidance. We recognise our responsibility to respond appropriately and, with respect to children, adult learners and vulnerable adults, to work with other agencies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of those groups with whom we have contact and to have clear guidelines for our procedures.
