ProVQ is proud to hold the Matrix Quality Standard for information, advice and guidance services.

ProVQ provides information advice and guidance to all parties involved in our apprenticeship offering. This includes the young people themselves, as well as parents and guardians, apprentice mentors, employers, staff and clients. In offering impartial information advice and guidance, we ensure that everyone can make informed choices about future careers and progression.

ProVQ discusses career paths offered by our clients with apprentices, raising awareness of their potential career progression.  Some examples include opportunities to enter Management roles, become a specialist, such as a high-level diagnostic specialist, or work internationally.

ProVQ’s Matrix Quality Standard is re-assessed every 3 years, and we undergo a continuous improvement check every year to ensure we are maintaining these high standards.
