Recruitment Co-ordinator (Field Based)
Due to the growth of our apprenticeship programmes, we are seeking to employ a full time Recruitment Co-ordinator.
This is a diverse role where you will work directly with our clients to create apprenticeship vacancies, facilitate the recruitment of quality apprentices into their businesses and actively market our apprenticeship opportunities within schools, colleges, community groups etc.
Monday – Friday, 42.5 hours per week, 25 days + 8 bank holidays per annum

Working in partnership with ProVQ’s clients and employers, you will be responsible for Co-ordinating ProVQ’s recruitment process, by:
Co-ordination & administration of process and practice that supports ProVQ’s strategic objectives and Mission Statement,
Creating quality apprenticeship opportunities (Vacancy creation)
Placing enthusiastic and motivated young people into quality apprenticeship opportunities (Vacancy fill)
Co-ordinating & administering processes that supports the achievement of high-level apprenticeship success rates (Timely Achievement)
Embedding up to date and innovative approaches to marketing to clients, employers and young people
Promoting & implementing anti-discriminatory practice
Essential Criteria:
Experience in recruitment
GCSE’s at C or above
Able to travel nationally if required
Full Driving License holder
Good computer & literacy skills
Satisfactory enhanced DBS check
