Apprenticeship Technical Trainer - Agriculture & Turf

Our Technical Trainers deliver and assess the training of John Deere's learners enrolled on the John Deere Apprenticeship Program in the UK.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Deliver and manage all components of learners progress – marking work, providing feedback, identifying and reporting concerns to your line manager and working with your wider team to ensure that all support requirements for learners are met.
• Arrange and conduct skills assessments, update training courses and maintain records for all learners.
• Maintenance and development of training aids, workshop facilities and resources.
• Promote efficient use of resources with particular emphasis on reducing the impact on the environment.
• Promote a safe working environment in accordance with current legislation.
• Ensure all documentation is completed fully, following all guidelines in accordance with company policy.
Our Next Technical Trainer Will Have...
1-3 years of technical expertise with land-based agriculture equipment, tractors or related technical field.
A strong desire to teach.

Sound knowledge of the learning and development process
Excellent communication and presenting skills
Excellent command of English and Maths
Sound knowledge of safeguarding
Full UK driving licence
